In the world of virtual education, various factors are effective in producing a product in the form of electronic content. An electronic content can include a combination of text, image, sound, film and animation. But what is important and is raised as a fundamental question is what factors are really effective in compiling good and quality electronic content? In response to this question, many studies have been conducted by different researchers, and each of them considers factors to be effective in the formation of good electronic content. For this reason, the main goal of the researcher in this article is to review related research, analyze it, extract various factors, and ultimately select the most effective factors according to their importance in this research. In order to identify the desired factors, the meta-analysis method was used, in which studies that were more related to the research topic were purposefully selected and examined. The statistical population of this study is also published research related to factors affecting satisfaction with electronic learning that have been published in reputable domestic and foreign journals. The results showed that factors such as content, interaction, technology, instructor, service quality, design, perceived ease of use, personalization, perceived usefulness, learner, perceived value, and self-efficacy are among the most important factors influencing the satisfaction of e-learners.
